Abstract

The Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector is a formidable force in the Philippine economy, shaping the nation’s development trajectory and fostering socio- economic inclusivity. The MSME sector has emerged as a critical driver of economic development and job creation in the country, even in the ASEAN neighbors, due to its remarkable diversity, resilience, and overwhelming size (Adviento et al., 2022; Mendoza & Tadeo, 2023). This Monitoring and Evaluation Plan analyzes and improves strategies to strengthen the MSMEs in the Philippines.
