Furthermore, this lecture also aimed to provide possible suggestions for policy reforms for a more adaptive, resilient, and strategic Philippine foreign policy.

The second episode aimed to shed light on the intricate web of issues, challenges, and opportunities that underlie our maritime spaces, and how these affect national development. By examining the current gaps in maritime governance, the lecture served as a platform to discuss actionable strategies to address both traditional and non-traditional security threats. Ultimately, it aimed to inspire collective action and innovation in maritime governance and policy to fully unlock the potential of our maritime domain.

LECTURE 3: Sailing Ahead: Harnessing Blue Economy for Food Security

The last episode discussed the role of marine resources in sustaining livelihoods and meeting the growing food demands in the Philippines. It also identified various challenges in marine resource management and explore opportunities for inclusive and sustainable policy actions that empower coastal communities, promote collaborative governance, and strengthen the contribution of the blue economy to national food security goals.
